I would guess a large ear of corn has about the same amount of kernels as 1 cup, cut off. So just look up the nutrition facts for 1 cup of frozen corn and it should be close enough. Then adjust for butter if you add that to your corn.

We have a black angus heifer that is about a year old.?

We have a black angus heifer that is about a year old. She is in her own pen that is about half an acre big. She is fed twice a day with a sweet feed/Corn mix. She has free feed of cane hay and she get's alfalfa everyday too. She has clean water in her pen. None of that is new to her, and there has been no change in her feeding schedule or food. There is a steer calf in the pen next to her. There are two horses in another pen around her. But none of them have access to her. Today when we woke up she is mooing very loud and running around. University Student Exchange - Help me pick a university/country (10pts)?

I did a program in Scotland(Aberdeen) and cousin did one in Australia (Univ of NSW)--both were great...I visited my cousin there. Courses are different than in US so be sure to study as well as have fun. Things to look at--is the program integrated into the normal university or is it separate (someone I knew went to one and his classes were separate from the regular Univ classes so it was more difficult to get to know regular students.) Do you get homesick? some students did and found it hard (not all of them had previously had any problems with homesickness in the US) Make sure that your work will be accepted by your home university before you go and what classes they might not accept--some students had problems with this upon their return. good luck

Im an 18 year old 6'1 210lb male with hardly any muscle, my normal diet is pretty simple, junk, i drink nothing but soda, about a 24 pack of coke every 2 days, as far as food is concerned i eat things like corn-dogs and microwave burritos for dinner, i work third shift so its hard to plan meals as my girlfriend works days, most of the time i grab what i can, when im at work for lunch i buy 2 Monster energy drinks because the last few years i don't get very good sleep and don't have much energy, and its paired with things like chocolate chip cookies and Doritos i really need some help ive looked online but most things i found are either expensive, hard to cook because i don't know how and my schedule conflicts, or its not something i can just buy outright at lunch time at work, i work in Wal-mart so i have some options but im not sure what to get, now that ive covered food my lifestyle also comes into play, just about every night that im off work or when i get home in the morning i sit down and play video-games or mess around on the computer until i go to sleep, so other than work which im constantly walking and lifting(im a stocker) i don't get much exercise, and to make matters worse im a longtime smoker i used to smoke up to 2 packs a day but have cut down in the last year to a little over half a pack a day, please any help with advice on exercise, food or drinks, how to get my better sleep and energy back, I don't know if anyone can help with the smoking but ill throw that in as well, it would be greatly appreciated

you should be fine i brought a cat home from my parents after it had been fed grocery store food for like 4 years, and switched her to the innova as well she LOVES it although hated the soft food at first. they will likely eat less because it is more nourishing so it fills them up faster just follow the directions on the package for their age/weight group and they'll be fine. It shouldn't be detrimental at all many cats live to be in their 20s eating grocery store blends their whole lives. but the first thing you will probably notice in them is the change to their coats they will get so nice a shiney from the human quality food.

I don't have any at the moment to take pictures but they are 2-3 inches long and elongated like members of the loach family. They also resemble small fish I've seen wild in Arkansas streams commonly sold in pet shops as "Algae Eaters". They have VERY pronounced vertical, black stripes. We have found them in small creeks of central Kansas and runoff from salt plants around the Hutchinson-Lyons Ks. area. They seem to prefer fast flowing salty water. My Dad called them 'Rifflejacks' but I have found no references by that name.

Does this sound like a healthy dinner?

So I'm on a diet and I'm trying to decide what to eat for dinner. I guess I'm just more trying to eat healthy and watch portion size then be on an actual diet. I normally eat 1,500 calories a day and I try to burn off 500 every day which should result in a 1 pound weight loss every week. For breakfast today I had a smoothie that I made myself with 1 banana and 1 cup of vanilla soy milk accompanied by a tray of ice which was about 200 calories and for lunch I had a peanut butter sandwhich on wheat bread with an ear of sweet corn and a cup of apple sauce. That all adds up to around 710 calories so if I want to stick with eating around 1,500 then I guess i have a lot of calories for dinner tonight. I was thinking I piece of grilled chicken which is about 120 calories an ear of corn which is about 80 calories and a plain baked potatoe which I've heard a hundred things about that they have 160 calories and that they have 300 calories and that they are healthy and that they are horrible so I don't know if I should eat it or not.

Well first of all, you're definitely going to be trading a batter for Felix, as none of your pitchers even come close to his value. It really depends on what the other guy is weak at though. For a two player deal, you'd likely need to give up Howard or Wright in exchange for Felix. You could do a package however, so you could pair up Santana, Dunn, Bruce, Upton, or Butler with one of your pitchers or a lesser batter and see if he takes that. Unless the guy has a need for one of the five guys listed above though, your best bet is to give up one of your own studs for his stud (Howard or Wright). As for 2B, I'd take a look at Aaron Hill, Gordon Beckham, Neil Walker, and Brian Roberts.

How to tame a baby corn snake?

Alright, so I got my corn snake Wednesday. (he was shipped from CO) The guy told me not to mess with him for about a week, so i took the cup he was in and laid it in the cage and as soon as he was out and saw me taking his box out, he bit me! I understand you place a heat pad underneath about 1/3 of the tank, and place thermometers inside to control humidity and and such. 3 weeks ago I bought a baby corn snake. He's really great except for one thing, he won't eat! Why did my dog have a seizure?

I have a 12 yr. old terrier mix. Found out like 6 months ago she has diabetes. I have to give her insulin two times a day every 12 hours, i give her 15 units each time, She started off with 6 units 6 months ago and it did no good cause she was still peeing (and drinking a ton of water) all over the house, so she finally got under control at 30 units total a day, which the vet said was totally fine, and also said she was capable of having seizures sometime down the road from the insulin; but she's been having 30 units a day every 12 hours for the last 3 months I would say, why would i come home randomly at 4 in the afternoon and find her having a seizure? hi im having trouble with figuring out what i should eat. i dont like meats, chicken, pork, some shellfishes, most vegetables except (corn, lettuce, tomatoes,carrots,etc i like those), i like cheese but not milk nor eggs, i dont like beans or rice, but i do like pasta. i dont want to live the rest of my life eating the same things. but i absolutely wont eat what i dont like any suggestions?

I've heard to use a red heat light for corn snakes, but I went to my pet store and the only red lights they had, said to use only at night. Why is our 4 year old Cocker Spaniel losing teeth?

She has horrid breath. We have had her teeth cleaned twice in the last year. It is huge expensive and I am afraid of the general anesthesia. you have to use your arms too. 3 quarters of running is arm movement. well, i dont run for fun (thats weird) so i dont know if people who do stop if something hurts or if they get tired, but in track, even in practice, i just run through the pain (inside and outside knee injuries, shin splints possibly, inside and outside ankle injuries, big toe injuries and achilles injuries all on both of my legs) and i dont stop if i get tired. plus, you can build up from running. you dont have to run 5 miles on the 1st day, but no offense, but thats what you get for smoking. it screws up your body, but congrats for being able to succesfully quit. and use your toes. and i dont run long distances (100 through half a mile, long,, triple and high jumps, and 100 and 400 hurdles), but in xc, i heard that breathing through your nose and out your mouth helps, but i think its a load of sh*t. just remember to take in a lot of oxygen and water.

I got two pet rats from the local animal shelter the other day. I got Oreo the day before Snickers because I didn’t realize that it is best to get more than one. They are both about six weeks old and litter mates. Yesterday I noticed that they were wrestling. They kept rolling around on top of each other and making soft squeaking noises. I can’t tell if their fighting or playing. They chase each other around and tackle each other. Last night they kept wrestling for like an hour I would get them to stop sit down and they would do it again. Is it serious? I can’t tell. Sore and feeling ill 2 days after working out?

So I haven't worked out in about 6 months but before that I was working out regularly almost everyday for about two years. Well I met with my new personal trainer two days ago and he pushed me so hard I vomited... twice. My wife and I nearly died from fart gas!?

We made mexican food and it was like quinoa and beans with tomatoes and brocoli and corn and peppers and cheese. Also added hot peppers and chilies and crushed red pepper flakes. We ate it and it was delicious but that night our bellies became distended like hungry Ethiopians'. Then the chaos started. It was like the smell that you might find near a dumpster at Chi-Chi's restaurant. The descriptive words that come to mind are: dying Mexico. It got to the point where I had to push on her abdomen while she lay on her back so that gases would seep and eke out. Her belly would get thin again but quickly get huge with gas once more. This went on half the night. Now our farts reek, i've become ill, and she is severely constipated. What can we do?!
