Is it true to divorce when you love each other but cant forgive each other for mistakes?

we got married after two years fighting with both family because they were disagree with our marriage but after 6 months of our marriage he left me alone because of his family forces and i complaint him to court to get my divorce, but it made him angry after that he imprison me for one month in an empty apartment with out being able to contact others, its more than 5 years that we got married but we lived together just for 6 months , still we love each other but bother each other too , its like we cant live without each other but cant live together too .thinking to divorce is awful but what can i do?
