Swim bladder disease, can I save my fish?

Put the fish back into the tank and do not ever take the fish out because of swim bladder. The only reason to take a fish out of the tank is to quarantine it for treatment of disease. He's probably being poisoned by ammonia and needs oxygen. Get him back in the tank!
