Would you snitch or wouldn't you snitch?

You are on vacation and you have just witnessed something incredibly vital to a police investigation, looking at CCTV they know you were there. They will let you go if you snitch or they will imprison you for a 1 years+ if you do not. If you do snitch there will be a price upon your head and that of your family. Do you or don't you?
