Rand Paul: Those attending speeches should be put in prison. Agree or disagree?

case by case basis. the precedents are already set up by many court cases. i wouldn't worry about the fbi not investigating extremist. nyt just did an article about how they were investigating a lot of people- even liberal catholics and libertarian socialists. but **** no if the speeches are just "critical"- that's a loaded question. if the speeches were ultra-violence, then they should be kept an eye on & possibly deported (but after given due process).
