Things to do in lyon france?

i'm going to lyon in june and staying with a host family for 3 weeks and i don't know what i want to do. they keep asking but i'm not sure. i will be there from june 9 to june 26 and i know there are somethings my group is doing and i will be going to her school with the girl i'm staying with. i want to go to the fete de la musique but what else is there to do or going on at that time?
