What training should i look into? John Lyons or Parelli activities?

i would say John Lyons, he teaches training techniques. Parelli sells games and carrot sticks. parelli will lead you to believe if you follow his games you are going to become a master horseman by sitting on the couch watching his dvd's. john lyons doesnt seem to do that. I went to a John lyons clinic when i was younger, and he seamed to be a more realistic and professional trainer than Parelli. Lyons will demonstrate and then tell you how you can variate his methods to accommodate yourself and your horse, parelli says do it my way and only my way.
