Identify this 1970’s TV movie?

I do believe that this movie starts out in a prison where they imprisoned World War 2 war criminals. One in particular was a high ranking Nazi officer. One of the prison officials suspected that this officer knew were a stash of stolen Nazi gold was hidden during the war. The officials and some others thought up a plan to get him to tell where the gold is hidden. They would drug the Nazi, dress up as Nazi officers, bring him to a room where they have someone dressed up like Hitler and demand where the gold is hidden. I vaguely remember the scene but it went something like this; Hitler wanted to know where his gold was kept. The Nazi war criminal said, “I thought I was in the prison.” And Hitler replied, “No, you were in the hospital.” LOL. I don’t remember is they got the gold or not. It was a long time ago. This I think was a made for TV movie back in the 1970’s.
