Why didn't Catherine leave her wedding bouquet at the tomb of the unknown soldier?

She did, but after they left the Abbey they went staright to the palace where they had the official photographs taken, which she obviously needed her bouquet for. So as soon as they were done with that she gave it someone to place on the tomb for it. It's not a requirement though, it's only been a tradition for a few years.
