How to contact the Casualty cast.?

At the moment i have a major crush on Steven miller who plays Lenny Lyons on casualty and i was wondering if theres like an email or something-been following him for a couple days on twitter but no replies yet. I know theres a post address for the whole cast but it takes 3 months and I'm moving soon so its not really much use :| x
