Fake items in Nicaragua?

I am going to Little Corn Island in Nicaragua soon, and was wondering if I could get some fake Rolex's, Ray-Ban's, etc. for myself and as gifts to my friends. I have no intention of selling any of these, but I was wondering how easy it was to get these kinds of fake items in Nicaragua, where I could get them, and how. Thanks!
