Applying for USAJOBS and now want to cancel?
I was applying for a job through this site because I'm a bit desperate to get a job. I was at the end of completing my application, but it says placed a check mark on "True" if I answered all the question to the best of my ability and if any false statements are applied, you can be imprisoned and fined. I got a bit freaked out because the application that I was supposed to turn in was working in the "food service." I have never worked in a job that deals with food, but the ad that they posted looks like any college student can handle, so I decided to apply. But since I have to certify my statement and provide true information with just a bit of a lie to make my application look better than they might contact me to the authority. I would now like to cancel my USAJOB.gov and applicationmanger.gov. I didn't submit any application yet, but this site is a bit freaky to me. They asked too much information, and I've never deal with a job application like this before. I also heard from friends that it is impossible to get a job through them.
