Rhyl caravan park 1970s?

came to Rhyl this weekend with my wife not been back for years,,, we were trying to guess were the caravan park we stayed on was,,,the year was 1978 79? ,, all we remember was there was a large club or pub on the front of the road,this would have been as you approach from the prestyan end and just before you cross the bridge to Lyons ,,, at this club you tun left then when over a foot bridge and the camp was there any one name it ,,, there is still a red building boarded up on the front which we thought was the one but no camp or foot bride there now??
